Do not be Afraid to experience Your Sensual Side

Sensuality, ah a most wonderful word. Being in touch with out sensual self is an empowering and spiritually liberating place to be. Sensuality – listen to the caress of the word as it spills off your tongue. Sensuality – feel its movement massage its way around your body.

Learning to love ourselves is a key component of experiencing our sensual side. Part of this experience is about embracing and learning to love our body sizes and shapes. Forget about trying to fit into the stereotypes about the size zero body shape – enjoy the curves that flounce their way through you. Look in the mirror and begin to appreciate and enjoy the laugher in your eyes and the curve of your smile. Look in the mirror and acknowledge your spirit and soul and see deeper into yourself the wonderful person you are. Yet, even more daringly, look deeper still and find that sensual you, that you that has remained hidden because of past hurts, because of how you feel about yourself and body, because of many negatives voices and messages.

It is now time to break free from those constraints which hinder you from expressing the sensual and real you. Of course, you want to find love or even experience love from someone else. You want to be held in someone’s arms, you want to feel his breath on your body, you want to explore and experience the many ways that you can be made love to , you want to be adventurous, you want to be filled and satisfied on many many levels, yet you are afraid. Afraid to look sensuality and all its finest assets in the eye, afraid to open up the real you to what you really crave, afraid to experience what will be a truly wonderful and liberating experience.

Finding yourself on this level is, like anything else a journey, yet that journey starts not with the body and all its tantalising desires which beckon one to lick, to taste to touch, to caress but true liberation starts with the mind.
